You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Position listings must accurately represent the opportunity being offered. Misleading or fraudulent postings are prohibited and will be removed.
All content posted to the Platform is subject to automated and manual review. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Content flagged by our moderation system may be temporarily hidden while under review. Users may report content they believe violates these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Adopt a Grad is not responsible for the accuracy of position listings, company information, or candidate profiles. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the quality of any mentorship arrangement facilitated through the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
